Welcome to the UpgradeWorkshop Terms of Service. These terms govern access to and use of services at upgradeworkshop.info as of 2026.

1. General

UpgradeWorkshop provides professional development training, digital resources and goods. Use of our platform constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Services

Our offerings include instructor-led workshops, self-paced courses, downloadable materials and physical items. Details are available on the website.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full before delivery of services or products. We accept major credit and debit methods. Failure to complete a payment may suspend access or fulfillment.

4. Access and Use

Attendees and purchasers agree not to distribute access credentials. License to use digital resources is non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Professional Development Training

Participants may cancel up to seven days before the session start to receive a full refund of paid amounts. Requests must be sent via the contact form. Cancellations fewer than seven days before commencement or no-shows are not eligible for a refund due to planning and resource allocation.

Participants may request rescheduling to another scheduled session subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be sent at least five days before the original date.

5.2 Digital Products

Given instant access, purchases of digital products are final. No cancellation or refund is available once the content has been downloaded or accessed.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a shipment, contact us via the contact form. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund of the paid amount minus shipping fees within fourteen days, using the same payment method.
